Steak Salad

Usually,  part of the enjoyment of eating steak is cutting into a nice chunk of glistening meat and seeing it slowly but surely disappearing from the plate.
But for yesterday’s dinner, I just wanted to have some nice “finger food” to pick of a plate and sharing with madame while reclining on my chaise lounge, watching a great movie (The Grand Budapest Hotel).

    1. I have a cat named Leonardo and we could both lose a little from around the middle. He’s not too fussy about what he eats and has a genuine taste for Avocado’s and Banana’s of all things.
Like all good parents I keep him away from human dinner table scraps.

    1. Hi Jamie.
You keep the steak in a warm place, loosely covered. Since I like it med. rare, it won’t be piping hot anyway 🙂 Compromises, compromises 🙂
      Cheers
