Chef Hans, I want to eat at your house each night. That looks so good. Your breakfasts also. Mine are mainly hodgepodge of what I can find, while yours are so put together and well thought out. Well, spinach fritatta in the morning. Something to look forward to. With onions, garlic and maybe lemongrass. Grilled fish on the side. Or maybe inside. Have to give that some thought.
