Sometimes, when I followed my daily cravings for seafood and meat for a while, a meat-less-and seafood-less dish is all I require for a proper meal.
This dish ticks all the right boxes for me for a satisfying meal – Noodles/Cabbage/Eggs/Chili/Hoisin and Garlic, it’s all there, propped-up with a healthy dose of fresh-cracked black peppercorn, and pronto, I am ready to dig-in, enjoy and be happy. 🙂

We do not eat enough vegetables, I think; and so to have meatless days is likely to be good for our digestions and systems. Contrasting flavours and textures make what might appear (to some) to be a dull offering, an appetising and nourishing dish
But you won’t put me off steak tartare or Middle White pork!
Thank you, Hans

Hola Hans me gusta la idea, ya que el repollo siempre lo comi en ensalada. Pero no se que es Hoisin? en español! 🙂 Un besote grande

Hi Lara,
You should be able to find that easily in chinatown. I use hoisin sauce extensively, love what it does to food (Especially meats, veggies and pasta)
Cheers !

We don’t need meat with every meal. The preparation of this meal sounds easy and flavourful.
