Hans there is nothing better than a good Oxtail Stew,i am glad you broad this to show
everybody there is also a good testing beef beside a Striploin and Filet.I remember when my Chef showed me how to cut the Tail with the Knive not with the Meatsaw.

I stopped eating meat 6 months ago, but man these pics are making me drool!!! Oxtail and Osso Bucco were my favorites!! All things cooked slow and low!!

I stopped eating all meat 6 months ago,,, but boy, this one has me drooling. I used to love low and slow cooked meats on the bone , Osso Bucco, Oxtail, etc. Nice one Hans!
