Tonight we have lousy weather here in Miami, rainy, cold, windy. What better way to feel cozy and warm at home than to enjoy a good, rich, flavorful chicken noodle soup ! Chicken legs, gizzards, cabbage, bok choy, ginger, garlic, jalapenos, peppers, onions, carrots, celery, maggi and chinese egg noodles. Afterwards a good glass of merlot and early to bed – Bliss !
Tomorrow will be a good day 🙂

Hi! Enjoy your posts : ) The ingredients you use here are part of the “soup” correct? Anything special you do for your stock? I’ve been reading a lot about bone broth…adding a bit of vinegar to help leach out the minerals of the bones. Do you add a bit of an acid ingredient to your stock? Looking forward to making your recipe. It’s nasty from some reason in Tucson, AZ!?! Soup weather…I want our sunny spring 🙂

Hi Dena,
I usually add a bit of lemon juice or lime juice 🙂

Bad weather or feeling under the weather, I always make a chicken noodle soup, but, mine is from an old French recipe. This looks like a nice Oriental twist. Can’t wait to try it, but, I don’t want to wish myself getting under the weather though !!!! Thanks, Chef S
