Rib Eye, Rösti & Onion Marmalade

Sometimes  I wonder why I don’t prepare my favorite dishes more often, especially when they are as easy and quick to do as  Rösti.
Add a great steak and onion and you’ll own the world, at least for the moment. 🙂

Bon Appetit !   Life is Good !

  1. Oh my goodness Hans. It’s a good thing I can cook again. Worst thing about it is that I’ve already gained 3 pounds. I can cook, I can eat, but I can’t walk so it’s hard to work off the extra calories. I’ll just have to take this dish and make 3 or 4 meals out of it. Was only able to eat one dumpling, so I’m learning to cut back. It’s just that my mouth wants more when my belly says no.
