A quick  and easy dinner the night before x-mas  🙂

Saute Salame, garlic and chilis in butter until fragrant.
Deglaze with white wine, add cream and reduce
until thickened. Add ziti, poached shrimp and
blanched asparagus. Simmer until all ingredients
are well heated. Season with kosher salt, maggi
seasoning and cayenne pepper.

Bon Appetit !  Life is Good !

  1. Hey Chef Merry Christmas,
I still pass your stuff to our fellow Guild member in my group. They have had some good comments. I hope they hit ya soon.I have been thinking all ur lines got 21-25s, aparagus, safron, Basmati. Limited budget has no wine. its lemon, pickle juice or some other acid.

    1. Thanks John.
Remember, I don’t usually go shopping with a special dish in mind. I just buy what I fancy in the moment. Then when I open the fridge and scan the cupboard, I just throw in what I fancy in the moment, what I think goes well together and lastly what presents well (hopefully 🙂
Real food at home, some times suitable for a restaurant menu, always suitable for a good meal 🙂
      Cheers
