Very fine execution and presentash…! ! Soaking the livers in milk removes a lot of bitteness and dusting them inflour helps caramelize the surface..when I workd inNYC we loved to cook these and serve.them up hot. With onions and shrooms ..and to make a pate oh …heavenly
