Today I would like to take a minute of your time and introduce you to :

“The Other Love In My Life”

One of the reasons you find so few new posts on  ChefsOpinion  lately is the fact that I have returned to a passion which I pursued for many years, until my wife Maria passed away and I lost interest
in most things in my life outside of Bella and Food,
including my love for Watches.
.
Then, about three months ago, that passion has returned with a vengeance.
I have purchased about 30 watches since the beginning of 2020,
which is a clear sign of the degree of madness that has me secured in its claws. 🙂
.
Nevertheless, I am still actively publishing  ChefsOpinion  for the time being, just with less frequency.
Maybe, some of you share this hobby of watch collecting as well, and so, possible we can travel together on the road to Watch-Nirvana 🙂
