Sautéed King Oyster Mushrooms with Pommes Dauphinoise (Sautierte Kräuterseitlinge mit Dauphinoise Kartoffeln (Pleurotes Du Panicaut)

place the potatoes in a greased baking dish, add 1/2 milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream, a pinch of grated nutmeg, 1 /2 tsp dried time,, 1 oc grated parmesan, season wit kosher salt and white pepper to taste, mix well, top with another 2 oz of grated parmesan and a few small knobs of unsalted butter, bake at 320 F until golden brown and potatoes are cooked through
