mix pork with 2 whole eggs, 1 tsp granulated garlic, 1 tsp smoked spanish paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 3 tsp sriracha, 1 tblsp ketchup. 1 tblsp dijon mustard, 1 tblsp dried oregano, 1 tblsp chopped cilantro, 1 tblsp sliced chives and 1/2 cup panko, mix well but don’t overwork or the texture will become too dense
