to dress the salad, add 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 2 tblsp “Maille Whole Grain Mustard”, 1 tsp garlic paste, kosher salt and fresh-cracked black pepper to taste, mix all ingredients, check/adjust taste; to serve, place on a bed of dressed bib lettuce and top with chicharones ; serves 4
