As I love trying your recipes, I found this one to hold a true standard. To make it more demographic for my area(Texas) which I served to 634 cafeteria patrons, I added to my base “Red Line”, a Jamaican dark beer, and garnished with cilantro with a warm tortilla chip. We sold out. Keep the great recipes coming!
