Congrats. I have walked the same path as you. I’m just a little older than you but I hope you have as good a life now as when you were working. I do miss some of the fun I had for the 40 years and my time in Europe. Lots of memories.

Dear Hans:
Much good health, happiness and long life, in you well deserved retirement. You certainly
deserve a vacation, to your favourite get-away, take Bella with you! You have done a lot
for the culinary industry, 48 Han’s, you gave it you all! Please continue to stay involved
if you wish to do so, with Chef’s Opinion, there is a lot of material that has been amassed
over the years, all in your Archieves. Retirement does not mean to quite all together, do
stay involved, you have a lot more to share with us, I know you enjoy doing what you do,
you will be terribly missed, if you retire 100%. You love is the kitchen, and teaching others
how to learn and grow in the wonderful world of hospitality!
